I. REGULATIONS

XII. REGULATIONS

12.3. In the case of disputes and disintegrations of the Parties, the parties are involved in the development of their mutual negotiations and consultations.

12.5. For other reasons, this Treaty should not be legally enforceable, it should not affect the activities of other minds of this Treaty.
